Please Get Accurate Measurements

Over 50% of owners of RVs, trailers, and Motorhomes do not know the EXACT length of the items they want to put into storage.

Here Is What You’ll Need To Reserve Your Space:

Exact Measurement of item(s) being stored
Copy of Proof of Ownership (i.e., title, registration, bill of sale)
Copy of Insurance
Copy of Driver’s License

Payment Details Due At Time Of Reservation

All spaces are leased month-to-month. No long-term contracts.
To begin a rental, we require the following upfront payment per space:
1. Current Month: A prorated amount based on your move-in date.
2. Advance Rent: One full month’s rent.
Payments are made by autopay only using a debit or credit card on the 1st of the month.

Measurements

Measure the Length of your storage items.

Exact Length

Before completing a rental agreement, measure the exact length of the item(s) you are storing from the very tip/front to the very back.

The exact length must be less than or equal to the space size listed in the rental agreement.

No Exceptions

Example: for a 30’ x 11’ back-in space, the exact length must be 30’ or less.

Extra Space

Most spaces are slightly larger than the leased space description to allow room between tenants.

This extra space is not for the storage of any RV, Trailer, Motorhome, additional items not listed on the rental agreement, or accessories that result in the EXACT length being greater than the size description of the space rented by the tenant.

Incorrect Measurements

Providing the manufacturer’s model number, a length from a brochure, a length provided by a salesperson, or any other length not taken with a measuring tape has a 50% chance of being the WRONG measurement compared to the exact measurement taken with a measuring tape.

Measurement Options – Over 50% of owners of RVs, trailers, and Motorhomes do not know the EXACT length of the items they want to put into storage.

Space Types and Available Sizes

Back-In Spaces

A Back-In space features single-aisle access where you park rear-to-rear with another tenant. Because the space behind you is occupied, you will back your RV, boat, or trailer in from the main aisle to park and pull straight out when you leave.

Pull-Thru or 2-Sided Spaces

Our spaces offer ultimate flexibility. You can use the entire lane as a full Pull-Thru for total convenience and drive-through access between both aisles, or use it as a 2-Sided space, which allows multiple RVs, boats, or trailers to be parked back-to-back with independent access from each side.

Passenger Vehicle Parking

We offer a limited number of spaces specifically for standalone passenger vehicles without attached trailers, up to 25 feet max. All other spaces are strictly dedicated to RVs, trailers, or vehicles with attached trailers. Standalone passenger vehicles without trailers are restricted to these designated spaces and cannot reserve RV or trailer spots.
