Self-Service Space Rental
8 Spaces are available for current tenants to reserve and use for up to 7 consecutive days at a time. Use of this area cannot be extended by reserving multiple spaces. If you need something greater than 7 days, contact the office during regular hours to discuss your use and needs.
Each space has 15-amp electrical service and room to extend slide-outs. Spaces can be used for charging batteries, operating refrigerators, or general maintenance. There is no charge to use the spaces. You will need your space # and your license plate # when reserving your date(s).
Please note that Spaces 1 & 8 are smaller and will only fit up to 30ft and 25ft.
Service Space Booking Use Rules:
- I understand this space cannot be reserved and used for more than 7 consecutive days.
- I understand that if I create a reservation and do not use the space, I must cancel or adjust the reservation, so it is available for other tenants to use. Misuse or abuse of the reservation system will result in the termination of the rental agreement.
- I understand this is a 15-amp circuit. Microwaves, heaters, and air conditioning require more than 15 amps and cannot be used on it; doing so will overload the system and blow the breaker. Check the thermostat before plugging in the unit.
- I understand that this space is available for use as a convenience, and that the user accepts all risks associated with its use. Rest Stop Storage LLC is not responsible for any damage to units while in this space, for power outages, power interruptions, or any other power-related issues, or for any other issues while using the service space.
- The space should be left clean and ready for the next tenant. Any abuse or neglect of the space or facility will result in the termination of the rental agreement.
Service Space Reservation Instructions:
Step 1
Search the available spots below for “Service Space” to reserve. If spaces are not available, they will not be displayed. Please check back in a few days, as spaces open frequently.
Step 2
Click on the reserve button and fill out the form to request space.
Step 3
You will receive an email confirmation with instructions.
